How quickly do you respond to a problem?
Critical issues get a response within 2 hours, everything else the same working day. An on-call engineer is available at night and at weekends.
Do you work with small companies?
Certainly. Some of our clients have five staff, others three hundred. We size the service to fit.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many machines you have and what you need. The first meeting and audit are free, after which you get a fixed price.
What if we already have an IT person?
We often work alongside an in-house colleague, covering the areas they lack time or tooling for, such as security and servers.
Are we tied into a long contract?
No. The agreement runs monthly and you can end it with one month of notice. We would rather you stayed because you are happy.
